Pain

I’ve been personally acquainted with all sorts of pain,
but through each installment Jesus was my crutch.
My feelings were real not something I would feign,
sometimes my pain was brought on during a clutch.
I’ve known physical pain and anguish of the heart,
but Jesus sympathized with my weakness and pain.
For He was tempted in all things not just in a part,
no matter what comes next I’ll try not to complain.
Thank you Jesus,
for blessing me with a high pain tolerance.
