Lead me to the promised land
Lead me to a place where broken hearts are sewed,
Woven into an arras of growth and transformation,
Across the bridge of time,
Into to the brightest of days
Where melodies of contentment and delight chime
In harmony with my soul's deepest desires,
And the essence of who i truly am is celebrated without reservation
Lead me to places high;
Beyond the blue; where the sky stretches wide and far,
Where a day would shine like a sparkly star,
And winds of change murmur softly,
Lead me to a place where dreams are born and fears castoff,
A place where grace abounds and laughters accrue,
A place where my soul can roam free,
Unbound by the weight of my past.
