I Wonder What He Would Say

If a stranger came among us, I wonder what he’d say?
I think a truth he’d share with me, as we strolled along the way
“It’s not a message you’ll understand, at least not right away.”
“It will always be here with you, although I cannot stay.”

“My truth I leave with you, communing with your soul.”
“Continually meaning more to you, as you age and grow old.”
“Now your mind is racing, why doth it speak so bold?”
“I now begin my tale of truth, more valuable than gold.”

“Life as you know it, is merely a projection.”
“Ego concoction, physical reflection.”
“Reality is merely the Soul’s correction.”
“Revealing to each of you, the ego’s deception.”

“Have you not heard, better to give than to receive?”
“While dominated by ego, that’s hard to believe.”
“When all you do, is think of self, your easy to deceive.”
“Some of you are not that way, you warrant a reprieve.”

“Here’s some examples, just a quick start.”
“Of how one might feel, when giving from the heart.”
“Not to imply that you’re not very smart.”
“But this is really an important part.”

“It doesn’t have to be a present, it might just be a smile.”
“For many older in this world, it might have been a while.”
“Or even just a ding-a ling, pick up the phone and dial.”
“It’s not as if, it’s troublesome, like having to walk a mile.”

“Go and visit, see them face to face.”
“Give a small gift, chocolates or lace.”
“Watch the smile appear, then share an embrace.”
“These top receiving, I rest my case.”

“We’re taught throughout life, to see is to believe.”
“We must ask and believe and then we receive.”
“It’s your choice, if you just want to see.”
“Having it seems better, at least to me.”

“Now where shall I start as we head down this road.”
“The first thing we do, is change to slow mode.”
“Most travel too fast and carry such a load.”
“There’s no smelling the roses, they're more likely to implode.”

“Slow down your pace, so life you can embrace.”
“There is time for everything, it has it’s time and place.”
“Embellish each moment, keep an even pace.”
“Let them blossom slowly, like a smile upon one’s face.”

“Each day, an adventure, new places and things to see.”
“Think about the things you want, and who you want to be.”
“Engage your soul in living life, let yourself be free.”
“Say to all I’ll do my best, to be the authentic me.”
