Thank You for being steadfast in Your truth against malice-perdition…
Oh, I feel ashamed of my self-glorying ambition
While submitting to Your purging and purification.
Lord God, You are my Power for spiritual pursuits midst selfish covetousness
Thank You for being holy that shields me from filthiness…
Oh, I cry due to my failure caused by carnality’s weakness
While casting unto Your care my towering haughtiness.
Lord God, You are my Power for spiritual pursuits midst law breaking
Thank You for being wise in leading me toward holy walking…
Oh, I lament over my backsliding and worldliness-trekking
While following Your steps in heavenly kingdom-seeking.
Lord God, You are my Power for spiritual pursuits midst deceitful heart
Thank You for being righteous that keeps me inside Your safe rampart…
Oh, I grieve for my iniquities of wrong doings’ dart
While accepting Your correction so in Your will I won’t depart.

Thank You for being merciful in protecting me of my fragile frame…
Oh, I admit my compromises that stain Your name
While praying for Your revival of service-flame.

Thank You for being triumphant that insures my divine victory…
Oh, I strive to share Your salvation message of Gospel story
While cleaving to Your grace, living for Your glory.
