I am a freelance writer and artist living in New England. I have articles published in Woman's Own Magazine, Parentguide News, Our Journey, Franklin Publishing, London Press, and newspapers. I have poetry published in Womankind Anthology and Our Journey. I have five poetry books published at Amazon. A series of three Nature Poetry Books titled, One With Nature in New Hampshire, Dreams With Nature and A Walk Through Nature With Heidi Sands. Another poetry book titled, Hope - with positive inspirational affirmations and a love poetry book titled, Angelic Butterfly filled with 100 Love Poems. All these are available in paperback. Some available on kindle.

Hi everyone. How are you? I want to thank you all for your thoughts and prayers. It is a long challenging road. But, my faith is getting me through each day and I am fighting for my life, like never before. I have extreme bone pain on both sides of my body. One Lab result indicates a bone disorder. Another lab results shows inflammation of the heart and heart damage. But, the bone issues are most challenging and ongoing. I practice walking with a cane. Thank God for my dog. She gets me out walking, multiple times daily. I have sturdy boots that help. I was exposed to a lot of Benzene at my house from the toxins, on the report and Benzene damages bone marrow and blood cells. I am waiting on ultrasound results for a lump on my ribs too. I am taking antioxidant foods daily and smoothies , with many vitamins, including Vitamin C powder in things. As you can see, I can't comment much on poems. A lot is on my plate, including my house that I abandoned due to toxins and all of the issues with that. But, I want you to know that I am making it and doing what i can. I hope you are all well. Update. I still have bone pain issues ongoing, but today was my 1st walk with my dog without the cane. Thank you for prayers everyone!
