Fireworks On Victoria Weekend

When  it is the long weekend for the fireworks 
The fireworks begins when the sky is darken
Some people gather in parks to watch fireworks 
 Others just watch fireworks from their homes
It last till the early morn
When people try to sleep
Noise on pets
They are scared
Whining 
Scared

Joe Dimino Date: 6/14/2025 8:27:00 AM My cats have learned to tolerate it...but they have that look on their faces, like: is there not a better way of showing joy? Now Cat Treats is a noiseless improvement. Just a some delightful crunching. Well done, my friend. Love it.
Yellow Rose Date: 6/13/2025 4:24:00 PM same thing happens here over the 4th of July...where we live is on the edge of town so lots of fireworks for hours on end. Kind of annoying after a while. I like this poetic form. I may have to try it sometime. Well done! Yellow Rose

Kim Rodrigues Date: 6/13/2025 11:46:00 AM My favorite was when we were in Germany on New Year’s Eve, topmost area of the house. Fireworks all around. Food and drinks were fantastic too… another: My grandson grabbed his dog when he ran away from fireworks in road…”oh no no no,” he says and holds on to him…lol I don’t know if he learned to be brave or not.
