Mana

As we too
Fail to
Live forever
On this earth 

And seek  
Safe Harbor 
Of new birth

A penance paid
For what
It’s worth

Regrets displayed 
Abstained in dearth 

A body made of leaven
Sends Mana
Down from  heaven
