Be a Light

Crystal tears fall upon the earth
raindrops from the heavens
beaded beams of light
prisms shining through
clusters of silver clouds
colors bursting forth
breaking through the atmosphere
 illumination

Don't let the light
that shines inside die
because others refuse to deal
with your brightness
be the colorful rainbow
be the emitting burst of light
the flame that glows within
breaking through the darkness.
