Chasing the Moon

I was doing errands on this day with blue sky I drove around the corner and something caught my eye There was the moon, as if it was staring at me Shining across the fields as far as I could see When I left that place toward others to go, I kept looking for the moon to take another photo I felt like I was chasing the moon Driving every street, hoping to see it soon Each direction I took, showed me sky that was clear Until I got home, there it was shining, as if it was near Heidi Sands 12/22/23
