God's Will

The phone is turned off The kindling is gathered The sun shines through colored leaves Music plays, moving my soul As I look at the tapestry of my life I pray and I am heard I sigh in relief from validation I am grateful, oh so grateful For everything I have and Special friends, special pets A candle burns, flickering through glass As I watch it, I see all I've accomplished in life, Light up like a path of bright landmarks Many things people haven't understood But, I'm so thankful I could do the right thing I try to do things according to God's will - this is all that matters - Heidi Sands 10/4/23

That would be nice for you to enjoy it on the inside of your gratitude journal. Thank you for letting me know. I do a gratitude jar a year. I put a gratitude note in daily , then read them at the end of the year . Happy New Year :)

Thank you very much Vijay. I have to go to the phone store. Since the testing alert my phone is messed up and I can't make phone calls, text or upload photos from clipboard, etc I hope you have a good day :)

Ah, I can deeply resonate with the feeling of gratitude that you've poured so delicately in this poem.. We followed our heart and tried to do everything right, as per God's will, that's all that matters.. Truly.. What a profound message you've incorporated here dear Heidi, absolutely loved reading this poem :)
