Oh my, this is a sublime and serene haiku poem, dear Heidi.. I absolutely love the imagery that you've painted here within few words, "trees are painted white with snow" Beautifully depicted elements of nature and one can feel the glory of snow, trees, the blue jay and the essence of an enchanting wintry wonderland in your words..
