Last Poem

I have so much to say
but no one to hear
And much more to show
but no eyes that are near

Where does one go
when unwanted he feels?
Even less than he's needed
and just spinning his wheels?

One simply moves on
when his place is no more
and he quietly exits
through the nearest door

Perhaps I'm repetitive
or maybe I've changed
and run out of interesting
ideas to arrange

Could be that I need
an audience new
to appreciate things
I once shared with you

When one sows good seed
which then fails to grow
onto more fertile ground
he must venture to sow

And so, on that note
I shall bid you farewell
There are new lands to conquer
and new tales to tell

This is not my last poem
that I'll write, to be clear
But it is the last one
I shall ever share here
