I am here on Poetry soup as I was looking for a place to get feedback on my poems. I've been writing songs and composing for many years, now revising many of my songs into poetry. I started writing poetry after my cardiac arrest over 3 years ago now. Seems like most start writing after experiencing some personal loss or tragedy, I am no exception. I was born in Vancouver Canada in 1960 now residing in Niagara Region in Ontario, Canada. I am happily married for over twenty years now, life is great, looking forward to my retirement from full time secular work, and spending more time with my poetry and my Christian ministry. I have spent most of my life in volunteer work helping others, that's where I find my greatest joy!
