~ (~) ~ Banned from Allpoetry ~ (~) ~ I was "Banned" from this site because for 7 some odd years now I have studied and found out as I have copied every comment, note and message sent by another and from myself, and found out that favoritism run arrant on this site between the favored few, and the moderators and owner.

I mailed a letter to the front desk of the President of the U.S..

I followed as it were pushing the envelope as far as I could in testing this theory. I look as you can if you have a Gold account on this site, and viewed who was friends with who. If you have a gander and are interested, feel free to do your own investigations... . Thanks!

I am sure that you as I have will no doubt find the same evidence.

Look for the poem, (You'll need to be of age,and to view the ones who are viewing you, and to see who their friends with, you'll need to be a gold member) Oh, the posted poem is named: "A Programed Society". Elhart is the name it is written under on the site... in conjunction with myself everyone1. Have fun-yes???????

Banned from Allpoetry
A moderator, with approval from a manager, found that someone broke the rules enough for
us to refuse access to the site to them for a time.
This ban was placed on: elhart, everyone1
This ban started on Nov 15 2:33 PM
This ban will last until Dec 15 2:05 PM. It is now November 18 06:18AM
If this is not you, please contact us at
This is sent to both Larry and James.

It has been requested recently that certain site rules and guidelines be followed.

This was then followed by a final warning and directives from AnnD the Site Supervisor. As
well as a reminder towards the rules, terms of use, and conditions to which your membership
of Allpoetry was to be fulfilled to allow further use as a platform to post material deemed fit
for purpose.

This and the aforementioned requests and warnings, you have now been seen to renegue on.

Your recent posts inciting civil unrest within the community of this private site.
The threats of actions being taken against censorship which has no place considering the
private ownership of the site.
The flagrant disregard of warnings previously brought to your attention.
Using the pages of Allpoetry to fuel a personal disagreement of the rules when requested
followed by moderator staff, not just on this occasion, but over the last year or more.

The past directives and requested informative rules asked followed have been the building of
the action now being taken. A one month ban, on both accounts.

A final and next step on the ban ladder will be a complete denial of access to Allpoetry and
sister sites, this will be the only action left to take.

Any attempts to access the site via alter accounts during this period will meet an immediate
addition of the names to this ban, and the actioning of the final stage.

This will be filed along with all previous correspondence from site staff from the creation of
both accounts.

If you have any questions regarding this action, the email is supplied to do so.

My Annie Dedicated to My Adoptive Mom and Dad Funny as I remember now... .I went out to the animal shelter to-rescue my little Annie one day-some time not to long ago; and-from outside, on my way in I saw her,and as I walked-in and looked-around, I asked-to-God, "What-kind of-day is it going to be-for me-today... ?" and then in that moment,I saw her again, and she was cute, as a button-a very fun and-smashing, playful... innocent-young-lady, this tender little girl, and I new I was going to bring-a new light, into her tired-and-lonely and-vacant, quiet-little-world... and as I heard this-shy yet eager, raspy-little-meow-from behind this-pen she-was-sitting in.I walked over to have a look see; and there she was looking up at me... "My little kitten Annie!"With-twinkling and starry-eyes and a warmness-and-passion for-life I could-have-never-imagined (nor have-ever... ignored) and so I reached-down-and picked-up... the-kindredness-of my-soul, and the-simple touch-on my-skin of her-warm fur, was of-the sensation of the purest beauty, I had never-known, and as she placed-her cool-nose and a soft-little paw... on the-lips of my-face.~ We looked at each-other... a quiet-while with such an-intense...and simple-feeling. ~~ You know that feeling-you-have when to get-to-hold the one-thingyou have long-for so-long... to hold, finally you know you-couldn'thave asked for more. ~So-yes-it's funny-to me... what God brings to the weary soul, a love-and-loss so-unique and precious; opportunistic... . Always I'm comingto find-offered to everyone; given to all as-its-own-equal... ! It's beensome years and-sadly, gone-from-me-now she-is... but I know as my-heart is-hers and-hers mine I know-we'll-never be-apart... !I had a little kitten-named-Annie one day some time-ago, and oh how I loved to hold her, because she rescued me from my tired-and-lonely; vacant... quiet-little-world.Inspire by the greatest of all the plays I have ever seen, and as I was an orphan myself early on in my years - and was as well adopted - I went to see it five times in three years as a child. My new parents took me without recourse or woe-yes, the play-well of course, it was little orphan "Annie!"All Hyphens are used in conjunction with one another for recording purposes for the disabled.
