Rise Up Experience the Resurrection
Easter the day we celebrate
The Lord has risen
Crucified, buried in a tomb His fate
Death no longer His prison
Rise up you people of God
Experience the resurrection
Yes we are all flawed
Yet Jesus willingly died and rose for our imperfection
Satan waiting to defeat us at our first breath
With failure, loneliness, addiction
Jesus freed us from eternal death
Satan could not defeat our Lord even with crucifixion
