One nine and sixteen V 3.0

Hi folks, It has been pointed out by Jan 'hawkeye' Allison that line 19 was a syllable shorter than the other two. This has been fixed. Well, I've edited the contest to rephrase the line as 'the wheel creaks', but it's not accepting it for some reason. Any contestant who has submitted a poem already and doesn't modify theirs, it's OK, they won't be penalised. Sometimes I can be a right pillock. Apologies. Viv x

Hi Mr Viv just a heads up, How many Syllable counts 'wouldn't' as one syllable - the soup counter (correctly) counts it as 2 so you will probably find the syllables out by 1 if you check the poems that closely. Hugs jan xxx

I wish we did not have to go by certain syllable counters!! Wouldn't as one syllable is ridiculous! Hopefully judges have the sense to realize the exceptions, jan.
