The Sun Will Shine Brighter

The sun will shine brighter tomorrow when
with heart, not eyes mankind begins to see
through all of life's deceit and only then
will all attain what they can truly be.
The eyes need light, the heart can see through dark,
ignores hate and reflects love in return,
and thus illuminates our dim hope's spark
then brightly for eternity it burns.
