Yes, Sam. I was born with a hole in my heart which is not a rare thing about 1 in 4 people have that most never know it. They also found a tumor in my heart but the last time I had a heart check-up, the doctor said he did not see the tumor. It was a benign tumor so no danger in that regard. Thanks for the visit. Thank you, James. I was born with a hole in my heart and also developed about 9 years ago a tumor inside my heart wall. I have had problems with arrhythmia and fatigue and at times a very fast heartbeat, but I seem to be better now except for the fatigue. My condition has put me at an increased risk of having a heart attack or stroke, but I have not had either so God is looking after me. Thanks for your visit. Sara

This was one of the first poems I read on PS when I met you Sara, I wrote one of my first poems on PS about Poetry Soup being a welcoming Group, and your heart that I prayed for. BJ, Thank you for revisting this one. I do hope your daughter and her son do well. I hope the child has a very rich life. When the doctor gave me the diagnosis back about 9 years ago, I figured that I would not live very much longer. I think the prayers have kept me alive. My health and energy or maybe my being able to do what I would like are not what I would like it to be, but I am still able to do some things for myself and for my husband and grandson who lives with us. Sam, Thanks for doing what I asked for my heart does have some problems a small hole in it and a tumor. I have lived much longer than I expected since the diagnosis. God will call when he is ready. Prayer is always heard and answered. Sara

When I had heard the water dip, On the floor, I took another slip; Wobbled a bit, And had to sit; Then on God did get tighter grip. Almost lost Jill to Pneumonia causing a cardiac arrest. Is doing okay now so far. Jim Horn 77 and married 52 years.

Charles, I am sorry to learn of your loss. I know that it must be hard on you. Thanks for dropping by. I have know about my heart condition now for 4 years and I am still alive. The only thing that has been done is give me some medication to help with my arrhythmia. Sara
