To all my Soup Friends

Hi and a big sorry to you all that I have not been on much this last week. I have been rather ill but recovering now. I want to ask you all to include my dearest mother she's 83 and is in hospital awaiting tests I am so worried about her so please include her in your prayers
Please be patient with me if I fail to do much commenting or posting for the next few days
I should know more after her tests tomorrow. I can't even go and see her until tomorrow because of the infection I had which although sensible really sucks

An update. My mum came home today, she will have to go back for results of tests and is on steroids to stop her going blind. She still is weak and shaken up but cheerful. I thank everyone who prayed for her Shadow x smile

Shadow, sorry to hear of your Mam, I am sure with all the prayers asked, she will be sitting up taking note pretty soon.. Worry is the worst thing for you if your health isnt good. Soup will take a side step til you are well , we will all be here ...Seren

You have our family's heart and best wishes with you... My Father was 82 when he got gastro intestinal cancer. I stayed with him thru the surgery and chemo. He beat the cancer and is back riding his motorcycles at 82... He lives alone but we talk every day... He'll be 83 at the end of the month... He's slower but happy... I'll say a prayer for your mother... Miracles DO happen... remember that...
