Ask your mind, right now..what will it's next thought be...
No, do it..really 

Bet it didn't know 

Ask your mind, right now...not too think of the future or past..
No, stop and really do it 

Bet it got stuck 

When your mind didn't know and when it got stuck, you were meditating
