Was I Dreaming

Was I dreaming? The room from view faded slowly a vista opened in front of me, flowers flourished plentifully. Nurtured by water not the sea. Crystal light lit up the sky casting shadows that were spooky. Shapes slid into view then faded I saw a man who seemed jaded. Asking him why? he replied I felt so alone until you appeared. Now my heart beats so fast could this love last? We kissed, then all faded away as we came together in lust. Then in a flash it was day my dream turned to dust.

We enjoy our dreams because we create them to suit our needs. Some can be as intense and real and more beautiful than reality. Nice write shadow.

Too bad it had to end; it was getting exciting. Well penned.
