IT'S A WOW KIND OF EPIPHANY !

it took me days to judge this as the poems received were all stunning... aside
from the emotional appeal, originality, and assonance of the works posted, i
had to choose those which captured brilliantly the essence of epiphany as
described on the contest page...

and now, just a few words for the winners:

Giorgio V: a sensitive awakening of a moment in time, painted perfectly in words and rhyme...

Annalise Brigham: your lines speak of pained awareness rich in tone and poetic mood.. sublime!

‘’Glimpses of Epiphany”: beautiful entry rich with imagery and insight.. can’t forget the 'Christmas lights’ thrown in to enhance the whole piece...

Carrie Richards: Wonderful undertones of child –adult realizations using a stirring contrast approach , no words wasted here!

Russell Sivey: a moving scene where along your lines, ‘something hit me..’ very transformational...

Julie Heckman: the serenity of nature amidst the boom of life is so well scribed; an
epiphany indeed...

Seren Roberts: a solid grasp that one’s demise is fate’s right makes this defined entry so distinct...

You know nette you got me LOL YES there was end rhyme I was so intent on mixing 2 forms my own form et cetera & the end rhyme so as to have the verse unpeel like an onion I totally repressed the fact I was using end rhyme LOL, I will change the form label to VERSE BIG HUGS! Thanks
