Happiness Is Still Out There

At the very edge of Winter Lonileness ,
Where rain and fire blend On a late afternoon sky,
The sun shifts beyond the line of a grey horizon,
Last dying embers tick the vacant hours
Between the" You " and I,

 Because-   It Was Always You...

The four winds blow behind past shadows,
On a night that's dark and cold ,
But distant stars like white moon- roses
bend and reach down for my soul;

They twinkle softly in the air,
like a blanket upon my skin
like a shawl over my hair.

Blinking...Playing so hard to forget

Happiness is still out there.
