A Blog for Connie Marcum Wong's Poem Famous Last Line

This Poem Famous Last Line is written by Connie Marcum Wong on 9th March 2016 and placed on Poetry Soup. I have prepared only the Hindi version of the Poem to place it as a Poem showing the gesture of love and good will-the people of America have for India. It would help in creating a better understanding between these two great countries of the world.

I have only appreciated your feelings for my country dear friend since your poem moved my heart to do so. It is so nice of you to express your feelings so sweetly and beautifully. May be these are small steps to bring US & India closer to each other but such small things create some difference. I hope that you would find the translation work close to what you have conveyed in your sweet Poem.L&BW

Thanks dear friend Paul for your kind words. While writing a Hindi version of the Poem I have tried my best to make it as close to its original poem as I could. Although it is a very difficult task to grasp the exact feeling and maybe I may have understood it a little differently but I am hopeful that the Poem in Hindi also conveys what Connie had in his mind.
