Jealousy

~It's Out There~

Green colored field
A flower without the sun
Wilts from distrust
now washed away
by the man storm

What does it feel like when you see a number like 30000 It must be an amazing feeling  Not because you are so great,  But because you have people enjoying your poetry  you are sharing of yourself Also, do you read that many comments  Does  It takes all day See yah https://plus.google.com/u/0/+marcacrich

Hi Linda, Jealousy, the great green destroyer that moves unseen and then strikes. Your Tanka, excellent as always, well thought out. Short, to the point, a seven from me Linda. May your pen ever run gold. You have painted jealousy so well on your canvas Linda. Love....Vlad. A seven for your Tanka Linda.

I love your Tanka. And what a comparison. Fabulous job. I love the way you write from life. And speak for so many through your poems. That's what we're supposed to do. Right? xoxo

The personification and correlation of the "man storm" was so perfect!

I love the poem. I like the way you have expressed jealousy, but you have this categorized as Tanka and isn't Tanka 5-7-5-7-7 syllables? And this poem is 5-6-4-5-4.

Every now and then jealousy finds us and it is one of the hardest feelings to get rid of... You've said so much here in just a few short lines. Very creative and emotive work, PD.

When we feel alone and abandoned in life emotions become extreme and jealousy may rear its ugly head. Your words have described this feeling well. Emile. #7
