My Song Dedicated to Rape Victim of Delhi

This Song "If this is My Country It is Yours also' is dedicated to the brutal Rape victim Girl of Delhi and it contains a message for My Countrymen. The Original Song is in Hindi on You Tube with Song Lines Text in English. The Song contains many situations universal and of concern of many counties of the world. The Photos used in the Song too conveys some message and I hope my friends on Poetry Soup would let me have their opinion. The original Song can be viewed on my You Tube channel or through following URL

Thanks Andrea for your kind comments and concern. The instrument which I have used is Guitar. Hope you would find the image part more interesting. The pictures of clouds too tells a story, when you see them properly. Because of frequent power cuts in the last 2-3 days it was difficult to use internet. Sorry for the delay in responding. Thanks Suz. for all your heart touching words and concern for the girl, who has given a new hope to Indian woman. Her sacrifice is going to create a change in the attitude of many of our sleeping millions. The story of this brave girl's fight for life to reveal the true story of those who are responsible so that they may be properly punished. She has definitely not only faced the cruel incident but also overlooking by those who were there. You are right Yasmin, The day we would have prompt and more effective system of justice in India the crime rate would fall drastically. The main problem is because of the wide ranging corruption in politics, which is the main cause of all that is happening in India. We are aware that in India it has gone more deep but this thing is rampant in almost in every country of the world. You are right, women all over the world are facing some or the other kind of injustice and are often made the soft target of terror and such heinous crimes. The most striking thing is that in India culture we have given a very high place to all women, but in the last twentry thirty years things have detoriated a lot. The good thing is that now the Indian women is more awakened and conscious and are protesting for all such acts of crime and injustice against woman. My good wishes Carrie for the New Year. Your heartfelt poem, Ravindra, is a cry out to all those who turn their eyes away from the cruel injustice and terror that happens in this world. Not only is India subject to such horror...but the world in general, every country, every culture is the devil's workshop. Each one of us needs to stand up and speak out, scream it, cry out, sing or shout, write a poem, write a song, but make a difference in every way we can.
