When the Sun Is Lost

Everyday comes with a new sunrise But what about the days When the clouds take over the sky Hiding the sun which made us high With Hopes and happiness And promises Of eternal joy Alas! We sit there reminiscing the lost day When the sun could warm us to our bones And set fire to the furnaces in our homes.
