Hey there...were you Socrates in a previous life? I love what you do here. I often have felt in a fog, but I know that clarity comes with patience and working through the situation. The best poetry is simple and direct and you write for us ordinary people--that is much appreciated. Please stay true to your ideals! Even the captcha says, "EDU" for this comment. Your a great teacher.

Made me laugh on the captcha comment, Duke. Thanks, I need a little humor today. As for Socrates, don't I wish. I think very quickly, but sometimes my thoughts don't end up be what I thought they were at first ... hence this poem. Thanks for the visit and comment. A poet friend (to be) in Texas, Bill

I can agree that we need to think things through. I like what Santosh had to say about the idea. We need to put a wrench in a cog that keeps on playing over and over. Thanks for dropping by my page. Sara K

Dear friend Bill, a delightful and exhilarating sentiment, how marvelous to possess. I concur with the notion that thoughts manifest into reality and hold a significant influence in shaping one's destiny. The wisdom in this haiku is valuable, reminding us to maintain a focused mind, embrace creativity, and nurture our dreams.

So true and well said dear bill, i agree with you. You and sara are such wise souls truly! Soulmates, always speaking words of wisdom through poetry too. I agree with the fact that thoughts become things and thoughts play an important role in ones life, to make changes one must learn to change the tune of their thoughts too! Brilliant and profound write. Pleasure reading this. Sending you both light always. Hope your weekend goes well
