Two Different People
Sometimes we’re driving down the Highway
My lovely wife, and little old me
And as we drive upon these days
Always I glance at all the trees
As trees they do dance with the breeze
My lady always looks at me
She really cannot understand
She says to me ‘They’re only trees!!!’
She never looks at trees as grand
To her it seems they are just bland
I guess the family thinks me strange
They love their Games, and their TV
But me I guess I’ll never change
I’m sure I’ll always just be me
A dreamy man of mystery
She lives her way, and I do mine
She does love me, and I love she
And still I think she is divine
Though on some things we’ll not agree
There’s always love twixt her and me
