Why are you taking up my time, is this a test? Can I be allowed to pass with what I give? Too old-fashioned, shall I move on, get with the times? Interval Preparing to repeat, A new entertaining scene matters not, Give it a day, it will be all forgotten about, Yesterday's news, Attention spans, What does one hope? Reenact this scene over and over, rehearsal so easy, freely, Like a loving memory constantly playing out, Shall I die happy? Showing my art, Judgment, You feel what I create? Eyes focused lines, Imperfection not said, "They're star-struck." Final curtain calls, What's the cost of admission fee? I'll clear up the mess, Did they understand the plot, or is it the least of their worries? We bow, wondering, What did that audience see?
