The Moment the Birds Came In

on my laptop tranquilly typing when life the strange showrunner threw two swallows in my living room through the open sliding door and i can’t believe it angular bodies cut like diamonds they flutter and chirp looking like tattoos come to life on my white ceiling their black wings like exclamation points like it’s a cartoon and i’ve been knocked out i’m stupefied and the birds fly out.
