a clear running stream a cold mountain path, deep in clouds old temple bells birds sit quietly inside deciduous trees temple bells chime nigh when temple bells stop I still hear the heavenly sound of angels' song

I appreciate your visit, Gershon and your upbeat comments. I never had a 'spare tire' until I lost four inches in height. So everything from my shoulder to my waist collected in the middle. Sigh...but at least I'm healthy. have a splendid day, Sara
