Space Invaders

parrying street space invaders with restive vinegar smiles their incessant bip bip bip countering my spilling step us, at opposite ends past coffee shops past drug stores, calling to each other in the rain . . . gargoyle heads . . . busy bullets . . . grotesque faces . . . level boss and soon gum concrete turns to gentle ambient wood back where I left you barking

an intriguing read for me...a bit puzzling and vague, probably because I'm tired. I just wanted to stop by and check out one of your poems.

Yes, it's being out in the street and everyone else seems to be walking towards you, busy, it's people invading your space not the arcade game, but I did have fun putting in the level boss from other arcade games, the big one you come to in the street. All I wanted to do was get back home to where I left my dog barking for me to return. Hope that helps.
