Self Conscious Executive Officer

Running on autopilot Works well for someone like me I've got some experts onboard Who can deal with anything And regularly excel in a randomised fashion Then I show up with my supervisory skills over my innate team Again top notch - running like clockwork I've some bright ideas Trouble is no one wants the supervisor around Being all supervisory Taking the fun out of things Conscious and sub conscious Are such funny things I need a shake up really Me being in charge was a foolish mistake But I've ended up head of the company Without a clue what's going on But the brilliant ones, grafting away Like their back office roles So here I am Trying to calibrate the inner workings, that work better without intervention But it's in my job description

My goodness lady, you sure do know how to put yourself down. I don't believe this poem one bit. I know a supervisor can be a drag on fun and slacking off, but when something is too hard or goes wrong, they are all glad there is a supervisor to turn to. Ok to this point I agree, But now, No company makes you head of that company if you aren't right for the job (especially a woman !! ) unless you are related to the owner. He isn't your husband is he ? You are qualified, you have the experience and the proven history and the wok ethic, so none of us believe that you shouldn't be there.

Haha I'm a great line manager Wen, don't worry about that. This is all about sub conscious and conscious decision making haha. I'm not head of any companies either haha! It's about things going smoother when you don't give it too much thought. When you overthink things and it all gets awkward. Not a single other person is involved and no one was appointed haha.
