Pressing On
I wanna press on
Walkin' this thorny narrow way
I wanna still match forrard
No matter what many say today.
Not by what I am
And neither now this what I say
It's not what I can do
That can save me today.
I have now got a fighter
The loving master
Who loved me
And clothed he my shame.
With all His glory
He died at Calvary
To redeem me
To set me free from death.
I wanna cling on Him
I won't ever with Him part
I wanna move steadily
On this slippy road.
I wanna stay not
He's got a place for me to go
I've got a work to do
I've found a God to love
It turned me into a dove
O yes that true love
Of Jesus
The loving friend of mine.
I wanna here and there tell it all
And show it everyday
That He's a God
He's a King and is a love.
