Most mornings I'm up early to begin my morning walk.  I feel fortunate to be out and about when the world hasn't quite woken up.  To tread upon the earth taking in the sunrise and the beauty of nature brings me great  peace.  Today's morning walk was the inspiration for this senyru. Enjoy.

amidst nature’s grace footsteps tread upon the earth walking brings peace home

I love the choice of photo you chose, Sara. The swan added to the peaceful journey home in the Haiku. Good writing my truelove! Blessings for your day. Bill

THIS is a nice haiku. In the venerable tradition... Oops! I see you've labeled it as a senryu... Well, I can tell you that it works for me as a haiku! Bravo, Sara!

Sara! Goodness! You’ve written, you’ve walked a wonderful circle! I love circles in poetry. Thank you for visiting my poem “Luminous,” which also has a circular setting. So wonderful to meeting your poetry here. Now a follower. Write on!

Thank you Sally. I look for 'completion,' circles if you will. I find them powerful and significant. Following you now too. Enjoy your day, Sara
