My aunts and uncles farmed, and one had a dairy. My dad didn't like the farm and ran away at 16. His mother had died when he was 8 and his father wanted him to be a farmer just like him. long response, lol Thanks for the comment, Karen. Bill

One encounters rich imagery here;echoes of Jesus and seed metaphors, too. Love soil, how it can urge seeds to become fruitful, even great Oaks with acorns on & on for generations unborn. See, dear Bill, your Nature poem offers PS lots PTL

I'm having to cover the Daffodils each night and uncover in the morning when we're expecting sunshine. A lot of work, but I do enjoy doing it, even if it does make me tired. lol Hope our flowers bless us soon. A poet friend in Texas, Bill
