The moon in eternal stoic grace takes her place amid the starlight, the glowing mother of the sky who watches over every beating heart, steady and true. Like a mother, she comes to the sky, singing a soft lullaby, comforting us, and easing us into the gentle night.
the pale crescent moon luminous orb in night sky silvered dreams take flight the comfort I seek is seeking me, glorious gold November moon

Good Morning Sara. Hi. Your theme is always a winner with me. What can be said for any moon or night sky that holds her. Everything.... Your words and entry show imagery that we envision as we read. Thank you for sharing your skilled talent. Have a wonderful morning and day. Peace and Blessings always. (smile)

Your lunar salute is deeply moving. Dear Sara. Throughout history, poets have been inspired by the moon. The color of the moon is also significant since it represents the comfort we all want when looking.

thank you, dearest Sotto, for stopping by and for your wonderful comments. I'm glad you found my lunar salute moving. You're right, the moon and our fascination with it has inspired so many poets and writers. Your comment about the color was most insightful. I appreciate your words...wishing you a great week ahead, your poetess friend in Texas, Sara
