Its so easy to lash out in anger and regret it straight way, I must admit there are times I have regretted not saying MORE instead of less ! Intuitive poem Becky. I am sure we have all been there.

This was actually internal. I lashed out at myself in anger then had to unwrap why I was so hot and undo some internal nastiness that I'd held on to for some time. The external presentation was lots of tears. :-)

Ah, Becky, do not beat yourself up so. All of us experience this sort of thing...some more frequently than others. But, I think it better to get it out than to hold it in. And, then, not to feel guilty or berate ourselves because we are human!
