You can go too far
I could go too far
In the pursuit of shocking oneself into life
Take a whole dollop of stomach ache
Shovel in it
Masquerade it as something innocuous
Now I like mustard
And I like people who like mustard
But without wishing to state the obvious
There's such a thing
As too much mustard
I admit to owning a jar
But respectfully I'd like to say
Shove your mustard
Shove your white bread
Shove that image that doesn't reflect reality
With your mirrors and upside down easel
You might put me off condiments
I know it is possible I am in the frame
But that and every other image is your invention
