Letter from a Christian Nation
or
Conceptio per Aurem
"O little lamb born poor in Bangladesh,
Before you croak, receive the gift of life
By moving here to share a rental crèche
We leased for Christmas day to Josy's wife!
Though "Mare" is somewhat green around that ear,
What with its bumpy ride, one ugly birth,
Those spider veins, the weight gain in the rear,
And global lobal stretch marks of some girth!
While none of us imagined so much blood,
Such seas of dead placental cell debris,
All gushing ever rushing in a flood
Of little lambs each drowned in virgin pee!
These beads herein we send to pack with you,
It spitting here but bricks of virgin poo!"
