With a burning tongue I lick your skin
You pull away, yet you're drawn in
I mesmerise you. Watch me dance
You slowly fall into a trance

You feel my heat. I burn for you
I know that I make you hot too
Your sweat runs and you start to glow
And still I dance, and you don't go

You're hypnotised. I hold your stare
You want to leave, yet you stay there
My sisters join me, we entwine
I flare to show them you are mine

Each of us bears the same name
Each sister here is known as Flame
We embody lust, desire
We are passion
We are Fire

AN - John Crowe and I took Fire as a title and each wrote a poem with a 20 minute time limit. Please take a look at John's version :)
