Sara this haiku set is Superbe. I take my hat off. Oh..! To your mum. I lost my mum years ago and it's something you will never can replace. Something you will be searching for the rest of your life. But we have to learn to move on and try to think that she will always be living with us. Sara you wrote a masterpiece on my opinion. Love María

thank you, Maria, for your mindful comments. True, one never never replace one's mother. I lost mine in 2004 and moved on so to speak. Yet some days I yearn for her voice.. Thanks for your compliments. May you have a peaceful evening, Sara

thanks, Gershon, for the visit...yes, losing one's mother is a tough one. Thinking of you today...and as you said, 'Keep the Faith.'

Mums can have different effects, but most bring on affections or memories that keep coming back to us. Nice thoughts here, and nicely brief.

Literally in tears reading this, so evocative and sad, when we lose our loved ones, i feel you beautiful poetess, and those pictures are gorgeous, im so sorry for your loss, some day’s grief hits us harder and we reminisce deeply. “ i am so lonely tonight” that line made me feel so much. I hope you and Bill are doing well and sending you light tonight and always. Im sure your mother was a kind person because you are so kind, smart, generous and talented. She must be proud of all that you are

thank you for your beautiful and kind words, dearest Ink. I'm grateful you could feel the emotion within this poem. Yes, my mother was kind as was my father. I was blessed to have them as my parents. I can honestly say I never heard them say a disparaging word against anyone. Their respect for the human condition was evident in their actions and words. I never heard them argue with one another. We kids couldn't argue either. As a family we reasoned and learned to express emotions without inflicting pain on others. Thank you for your light, Sara
