Drought is ruff on willow for they need much water...The good thing is you can root a new one from the limbs in the spring of the year...I hope that it makes it....Keep the creative pen flowing..Sara

Keep the hope alive, Rick. Had a crepe myrtle that stood leafless like a stick for 10 years, transplanted it and two days later the leaves started to emerge. I hope the same can be done for the willow. They are beautiful trees. Such a well-penned haiku! Love, Carolyn
