Consider the Meekness of Jellyfish

Untangled from the webs of peril One becomes serpentine at last The forests of unholy flames Ravage the landscape of dim suns And warm seas bristling with Kaliesque tentacles All is harmony now; the flotsam of life Has been branded like cattle The tapestry of scars has redeemed The archival ephemera A fading hand-written postcard of pain Is caught up in the winds Swan-like and meek One can cross hideous currents Within the transparent form of the jellyfish Thought-barbs extend their crimson empire
