Let's push the borders of reality
Of knowing what's wrong or right
Without an agenda that makes
The sheep follow closely behind
What is it like to fly with limitless sight?
Knowledge or wisdom dictates one's life
Reaching one's death bed saying "Now I see"
Do their eyes close
Laying to rest in eternity?
Floating between the waves of a whirlpool
Heading towards darkness
A bottomless pit or uncovering light?
Navigation lost
Where then "destination" I hear one cry
Come down from the crow's nest
The cold touch of the reaper
Or loved one's twinkle in their eye
"Let's rally together"
No journey should be undertaken alone
Flipped narrative
The phoenix still has its wings
The sun is our portal to a new life
We've made it to crystal waters and white glass
No longer succumb to fear
Locking away our secrets
All aboard confusion just to repeat
"Face me, anger"
Determined
We know our answers
Just keep that mirror away from me.
