Pain is

I want to escape.
I want to
Tear off this
Meatsuit
And be free of it.
But Ram Dass said

Sit with
The pain.
Sit with
The suffering.
And
Be
Here
Now.
Take not holy name in vain,
more so if pleading for gain
but simply be, here carefree,
unshackled from our mind tree.
We are the pulse that renews,
life’s beauteous bliss beat hues,
so let the waves come and go,
keeping aflame our heart’s glow.
turbid thoughts leave us in the lurch
end then the search, on bliss beats perch
the past is dead, future unknown
‘tis here now where love seeds are sown
rekindle then, heart’s innocence
beholding soul’s luminescence
sudden squall
fears recall
so we fall
ego acts
hand retracts
heart contracts
love’s bliss flame
plays life game
with no aim
gist is this
we are bliss

Leave the fear-haunted audience spellbound
Hypnotic words that rings in hearts no bell
Garners huge following by sermons unsound
‘All is within’, the godman shrieks, ‘go in, go in’
Those who donate offered grace one on one
They believe he has magic to cleanse heart’s sin
Too late they realise, trauma bonding is no fun
The world is full of such fake gurus and healers
We’ve reached a stage when we now fear freedom
Time’s now to align with love by prayerful feelers
Merely ‘be here now’ won’t get us to God’s kingdom

Quietus
How simplistic, yet awesome our life seems!
When all things are running smooth.
And you don't have to deal with friends who
turned their backs on you, so very mean and
uncouth.
You made the erroneous error that friendships
last~just a dream!
Of course, we want life happy and running just
like water, fresh and cool!
But, life has its mountains and its sudden valleys!
Sometimes you find yourself, left like dead garbage
in a shadowy alley.
But arising, must be your rule!
Too bad! Rise up, with cheer fill your cup!
My dear friend, you are created with glorious gold
and aromatic myrrh.
I send you endless strength and love, do drink now,
and heartily stir!

In the West, each day in magical!
Why that is, is skyrocket-phenomenal!
Smiles are plentiful here,all year round,
You can discover them, all over town.
The weather varies all over the state.
So grateful to be here, 'tis my poetic fate.
