That's the Ticket

Things that aren't my cup of tea, don't include cups of tea. Although I did spend my first 20 odd years saying I didn't like it but then it soothed a stomach ulcer (relief only felt mid sip) and I enjoy tea now (but not stomach ulcers). Other things aren't my cup of tea, like football, Take That, owls (more specifically things with an owl motif, I tolerate most owls quite well otherwise but never steeped in boiling water), cranberries, lip balm and kale. It's a total shame as the people who love those things get that 'living their best life' thing via easy street. I go to quite great lengths to get the same feelgoods. Switch out a cranberry for cherries flavoured with Kirsch then coated in dark chocolate only available as a special item at the shops very very rarely - yep nod of approval. Instead of football I'd like two of my favourite comedians happening to be on the same radio show totally vibing at a time that coincides with me driving... Maybe I just like to think I'm hard to please to keep myself on my toes (let's not overcomplicate things by surveying anyone at all that knows me...) sometimes it's simple joy is at your fingertips stars have aligned
