Super Mario
A pixelated plumber brave and bold,
In a world of mushrooms, stories to unfold.
Across the screen, he'd leap and brightly run,
Our Super Mario second to none.
Through grassy plains and caverns dark and deep,
Secrets he'd uncover, promises to keep.
For Princess Peach in Bowser's castle bound,
He'd face the Koopa Troop, on hallowed ground.
The cheerful jingle, a familiar start,
Igniting joy within each player's heart.
The power-ups found, a mushroom's sudden bloom,
Or fiery flowers chasing back the gloom.
The simple sprites with charm in every square,
Evoked adventures beyond all compare.
The Goombas stomped, the Koopa shells kicked wide,
A satisfying rhythm nowhere to hide.
Those countless lives sometimes so quickly lost,
Yet with a "Game Over," counting up the cost,
We'd press "Continue," with a hopeful sigh,
Determined still beneath that digital sky.
From 8-bit wonders to the worlds anew,
His spirit endures forever fresh and true.
A childhood hero etched within our minds,
A timeless legend of so many kinds.
So let us smile remembering the fun,
The countless hours until the quest was done.
Poignant Mari in his vibrant quest,
A pixelated joy forever truly blessed.
