Poised

I need a metaphor for this My mood is Perfectly balanced In the sense that it hovers Exactly at that mid point With no ability to stay there Should there be any vibration Or breeze To mix my metaphor I over compensate Or steer into it I've never quite figured out How to act at the moment I start to lose control

Know the feeling Dilly. Balancing is a challenge in itself, I get concerned over what happens if I lose my balance, what lay either side or at the bottom of the fall. Excellent exploration of a subtle mind state...

Thank you so much Paul, things do generally right themselves quickly but it's like a huge internal event that gets kept to myself because I know it's unnecessary and will pass.
